Board of administrator
“Pooling together resources, democratic operations, accountability, economic participation and autonomy”, these are the basic statements of every cooperative.
Following these statements, the member assembly elected a board of administrators composed of nine administrators that represent the three categories of members mentioned in article 1.1 of the general regulations. Each of these groups has the right to elect the following number of administrators:
-user members: 4 producers of different categories
-worker members: 2 (ideally 1 member of the office staff and 1 auxiliary worker)
-support members: 3 (representing the municipal, associate and/or corporate sectors)
The board meets at least 10 times a year to ensure proper operations of CoSte
