Put in place by a team of 3 people, CoSte expects to regroup 8 workers during 2010 of which 4 will be management, operations, and sales (including reservations and member relations). There will also be auxiliary workers in the field (guides, drivers, tour guides, and persons responsible for welcoming guests in the various localities, representative on the Nordik Express), who will be required according to season and needs.
